BGS AGM 19 November 2013

British Georgian Society is holding the 2013 AGM on Tuesday 19th November at 6pm. It will be held at the Georgian Embassy, 4 Russell Gardens, London W14 8EZ. After the business part of the meeting our speaker will be Nino Tchanturia and her illustrated talk will be called ‘Get Ready for Georgia’. This will be followed by a glass of Georgian wine, courtesy of the Embassy,accompanied by some nibbles. 

Nino Tchanturia lives and works in Georgia. She graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Western European Languages and Literature, with a Masters Degree in English Philology. She has a second Masters in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. She has worked for 13 years as Tour Operations and Marketing Manager at GeorgiCa Travel and achieves life balances by practising yoga daily and fencing. She has a great interest in music from Georgian folk to Musette, classical Jazz, Bossa Nova to the classics and worked with Michael Church recording his CD, Songs of Survival – Traditional Music of Georgia.
